The pool area was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised by a New Year's dinner voucher. Plus, the spa offered an excellent massage experience!

The overall experience was quite pleasant, especially enjoying the beautiful pool area surrounded by lush gardens. I was impressed with how quickly the staff responded to our requests. for instance, when I needed a bottle of water at an early hour, it arrived at my room almost instantly. The location is super convenient as it’s only a short walk to Kuta Square and the beach, making it easy to explore the area or grab a bite nearby. It was overall a solid choice for our family vacation.

The beautiful garden views and the delightful pool area made our days feel like a tropical escape. Breakfast was diverse, offering flavors from around the world.

Unfortunately, the shower was over the bathtub, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, we faced a slight challenge getting timely housekeeping at times.

The noise from the sports bar below was annoying!!! The pool closure on sunny days felt poorly managed. Room's safe box malfunctioned and the card needed constant recharging—how frustrating!!! No refreshment drinks stocked in the fridge!!!

The pool area was perfect for lounging in the sun, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh dishes, although the cereal selection could be improved. On the downside, I encountered some issues with inconsistent room cleanliness and a delayed response regarding a concern about insect bites. Overall, it's a solid choice for both relaxation and convenience.

My stay at Ramayana Suites And Resort was highly enjoyable. I received a free upgrade to a Club Room upon arrival, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious and well-designed, featuring an enormous bathroom and a large balcony with a pull-down shade. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the coffee was notably excellent. Additionally, the atmosphere inside the resort felt inviting and tranquil despite being located on a busy corner.
